Prerequisite: Level 1

Level 2 will be longer than Level 1 and include the following brief outline:

  • Accessing and utilizing inner resources while in an alpha state
  • Learning how to deal with obstacles to goals, such as fear and past experiences
  • The Principles of Hypnotic Suggestion
  • 4 A's of Self Hypnosis
  •     Autorelaxation
  •     Autosuggestion
  •     Autoanalysis
  •     Autotherapy
  • Individualizing Your Self Hypnosis
  • Opportunity to Practice!

Time: 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm

Since I introduced Level 1 I have had to add an additional three classes. The interest has been overwhelming!

I don't want you to miss out on expanding your knowledge and ability in Self Hypnosis. Please register early as there will only be ten seats available. As I have already received applications for Level 2 I wanted to make sure my first class got priority registration.

Becoming Your own Hypnotherapist Level 3

Level 3 is designed for the professional helper who works with others in a healing or teaching capacity. This can include health care practitioners, nurses, holistic healers, teachers, etc. This course does not teach how to hypnotize an individual. Instead it teaches techniques and skills for helping individuals attain a higher level of mind/body connection. Level 3 will be an all day workshop and include the following material:

  • Hypnotic Suggestion
  • Rapport Building
  • Recognizing the Ultradian Rhythm
  • Language of Hypnosis
  • The influence of Metaphor
  • Using Self Hypnosis to Improve learning
  • Dealing with specific issues or areas of interest eg. pain management, anxiety, sports performance, asthma/allergies, sleep issues, stress & fatigue.

This workshop provides ample opportunity to practice your new skills in a safe and supportive environment. Please note, you must complete Level 2 before enrolment in Level 3.
