INGREDIENTS:

2 quarts cranberry water (8 oz juice to 56 oz water)
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
¾ cup fresh squeezed orange juice
¼ cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
Stevia Plus to taste (1 or 2 packets)

1. Bring cranberry water to a light boil and reduce heat to simmer.
2. Add cinnamon, ginger, and nutmeg to water.
3. Simmer 15 to 20 minutes and then cool to room temperature.
4. Stir in orange and lemon juices.

Alternatively drink 8 oz of juice blend and 8 oz of filtered water through your fast day. For example, 7 a.m. drink a glass of juice blend, 8 a.m. drink a glass of water, 9 a.m drink a glass of juice blend and so on.

The citrus and cranberry stimulates liver function, flushes toxins, and provides numerous nutrients and antioxidants.

The three spices help regulate blood sugar, decrease cravings, and revs up the metabolism.
