    Top Ten Things You Can Do To Develop Intuition

    We all have it! It's what stimulates the healing of a broken bone or a cut.

    The Intuitive Healing System is available to all of us.

    We just need to reacquaint ourselves with accessing it!

    Here are ten strategies for improving and accessing our Intuitive Healing System:

    1. Practice walking through your house with eyes closed. You may want someone around to ensure you don't fall down stairs though! Try it outside in a safe place as well.
    2. Advance to walking with a friend in the forest with your eyes closed. Use all of your senses to experience the smells and feels of the forest.
    3. Take some quiet time each day to journal. Ten minutes a day writing non-stop with whatever comes into your head!
    4. When you walk into a room take a few seconds to really observe what is in the room. Excellent practice in a restaurant! Make a game of it and practice with a partner. Then ask each other questions about what was observed.
    5. Before beginning a meditation session ask yourself a question. While meditating consider possible solutions.
    6. Take up painting and let your creativity explore colours and textures.
    7. Begin to listen to your intuition. Start small, for example, turning left instead of right or calling a friend when her name pops up.
    8. When you have an idea or an inspired moment write it down and then use new technology to discover what insights you can glean!

    9. During self hypnosis sessions practice being in your body. Use the body awareness exercise from the workshop Becoming Your own Hypnotherapist.
    10. Listen to your dreams. Have a dream journal beside your bed and when you wake up in the morning, write down what you can remember.
