Walking and Healing Meditation with Beth Hendry-Yim. April 10, 9-11:30 am. Suggested donation of $10.00. These monthly walks have been very popular. We have seen some dramatic and transformative experiences and have learned the importance of mindfulness and becoming fully conscious and aware. The next walk will be held at Neck Point. We will meet at the parking lot, perform our opening moves looking out over the water and then walk to the platform overlooking the bay. We meditate rain or shine.
